Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Mumbai. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for daily tasks including customer interactions, identifying potential sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional duties include conducting property showings, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Specialist will also participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated with market trends and best practices.
Qualifications
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven Sales experience and ability to meet sales targets
Experience in Sales Management and Training
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients
Knowledge of real estate markets and property transactions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Problem-solving and negotiation skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Fluency in English and local language is beneficial
