GridZero is a fast-growing Solar EPC startup focused on accelerating residential clean energy adoption through high-quality rooftop solar installations. Alongside execution, we are building a strong, trust-led digital brand through founder-led storytelling and high-impact content.
We are looking for a sharp Creative Strategist to shape how solar is communicated to homeowners across organic and paid platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Research & Insights:
Analyze competitors, customer psychology, and viral content formats to identify winning narratives.
Content Strategy:
Build clear storytelling frameworks across organic (authority/viral) and paid (conversion-driven) content.
Scriptwriting:
Write high-impact scripts for reels, ads, campaigns, and founder content.
Creative Direction:
Translate ideas into clear creative briefs for video and design execution.
Messaging Ownership:
Ensure consistent positioning and storytelling across all channels.
Candidate Requirements
Experience:
3–7 years in content strategy, creative strategy, or startup storytelling roles.
Strong Writing Skills:
Ability to simplify complex topics into engaging, high-conversion narratives.
Strategic Thinking:
Strong understanding of hooks, storytelling, and audience psychology.
Startup Mindset:
Comfortable working closely with founders and moving fast.
Bonus:
Experience in energy, fintech, D2C, or founder-led brands.
