Key Responsibilities: * Review US individual and business tax returns (1040, 1065, 1120, etc.) * Lead, mentor, and support a team of tax preparers * Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of returns * Communicate and coordinate with US-based clients and internal teams * Provide training, guidance, and support process improvements

What We’re Looking For: * Strong technical knowledge of US taxation * Prior review and team-handling experience * Ability to communicate confidently with US clients * Hands-on exposure to US tax software such as CCH, Drake, or UltraTax
