Legalbook Advisors is expanding and we are looking for a Senior Legal Executive

to join our team.

If you have strong corporate law experience and enjoy working on commercial contracts and investment documentation, this role is for you.

LL.B (Graduate)

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts Preparing and reviewing corporate agreements (SHA, SSA, STA, etc.) Handling investment documentation and transaction support Legal research and advisory on contract and corporate law matters Supporting structuring and compliance work

Requirements:

Strong drafting and communication skills Sound understanding of contract law and corporate law principles Experience in commercial contracts and corporate transactions Ability to independently handle documentation and negotiations Immediate joiner preferred
