Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telesales Executive based in Hyderabad. The selected candidate will engage with potential clients, handle lead generation, and convert inquiries into sales. Responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service and support, and delivering tailored real estate solutions. The role requires proactive outreach to clients via phone calls, understanding client needs, and presenting suitable property options. A portion of the work may be performed remotely, with some in-office work required.

Qualifications Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and effectively engage with clients. Customer service and support expertise to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Skills in lead generation and converting prospects into successful sales opportunities. Ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of sales processes and closing techniques. Proficiency in time management, problem-solving, and meeting sales targets. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus but not mandatory. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
