Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Coordinate pre-payroll processing, leave management, and attendance tracking.
Support employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and performance management.
Assist in vendor management and ensure smooth HR operations.
Draft and circulate HR communications, policies, and updates across teams.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of HR processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office
Empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving mindset.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3+ years of proven HR experience.
Salary :
20k to 25k per month
