We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance & Customer Support Engineer with strong knowledge of castings and machined components.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspection of machined components after machining - Checking critical dimensions of cylinder head / components - Handle customer complaints / rejection reports and internal investigation - Understand customer drawings, specifications, tolerances - Coordinate with production and provide technical support to customers - Attend customer audits, NPD, and sample approvals

Preferred Candidate:

- 5–10 years experience in QA / Customer Quality / Customer Support - Experience in Foundry, C.I. Castings, Cylinder Head, Machining preferred - Good communication and problem-solving skills
