Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Accountant, with five vacancies available. As an Accountant at ILM, you will manage financial records, oversee payroll processes, conduct bank reconciliations, and assist with tax preparation. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with financial regulations, prepare detailed financial reports, and collaborate with other team members to optimize financial planning and analysis.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in financial reporting, bookkeeping, and accounting principles
- Proficiency in payroll management, tax preparation, and bank reconciliation processes
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and time-management skills
- Proficiency with accounting software and financial tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation and reporting purposes
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines
- A bachelorโs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Having a CPA certification or equivalent is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar accounting role is beneficial
