A global company is hiring a Finance Associate to support financial reporting, performance monitoring, and internal controls across business operations.

What You’ll Do • Review monthly financial results and reporting accuracy • Monitor revenue, costs, and operational performance • Support month-end close and reconciliation activities • Analyze financial data and identify inconsistencies • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes • Improve reporting structures and financial controls • Collaborate with accounting and operations teams

Requirements • 1–3 years experience in Finance, FP&A, Accounting, or Audit • Strong analytical and financial reporting skills • Advanced Excel proficiency • High attention to detail and structured thinking • Comfortable working in a remote, international team
