Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic person to lead Angel Yeast’s multi-portfolio growth across the Indian market. This role will oversee sales development for all nine business divisions, including Yeast Baking, Yeast Extract (YE) Savory, Food Ingredients, Yeast Protein, Nutrition & Health, Animal Nutrition, Plant Nutrition, Frozen Dough, and Home Baking.

The ideal candidate must possess strong commercial and technical capabilities across food ingredients and biotechnology sectors, with a proven track record in driving channel expansion, distributor performance, and regional market penetration. Beyond sales results, this role requires cross-functional leadership to collaborate closely with marketing, technical service, R&D, and operation teams to support customer projects, new product applications, and end-to-end business execution.

Key Responsibilities Drive channel sales growth and achieve regional sales targets. Develop and manage key accounts, distributors, and business partners. Identify new business opportunities and launch new projects. Collaborate with technical, marketing, and R&D teams on customer solutions and product trials. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing regional sales team. Conduct regular business reviews and ensure effective execution of sales strategies. Represent Angel Yeast at trade shows, seminars, and industry events.

Requirements Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent qualification . 10+ years of experience in channel sales, distribution management, or business development within the food ingredients, food solutions, or FMCG sectors. Indepth knowledge of regional markets Proven experience in team handling and regional leadership. Strong business acumen and understanding of B2B channel operations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willing to travel frequently (50–60%) across assigned regions.
