About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cost & Management Accountant to join our finance team. This role will play a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, and supporting compliance and audit processes.

Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll entries. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes. Ensure timely and accurate tax filings (TDS, GST, income tax, PF, PT, etc.). Support external audits and coordinate with auditors as required. Maintain internal controls and recommend improvements to financial processes. Monitor and ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA Inter or equivalent qualification preferred. 2 - 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills Proficiency in accounting software such as Zoho Books, Tally. Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
