BIS TESTING & COMPLIANCE MANAGER CUM OFFICE ASSISTANT

Job Title: BIS Lab Testing & Compliance Manager cum Office Assistant

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Role Objective

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee our quality compliance and laboratory testing for baby feeding bottles and breast pumps. You will ensure our products meet BIS (IS 14625) standards while providing essential administrative support to the office.

Key Responsibilities

1. Quality & Compliance (Laboratory)

- Perform chemical and physical testing on baby feeding bottles and breast pumps. - Maintain the Scheme of Inspection and Testing (SIT) as per BIS guidelines. - Prepare and maintain technical files, test reports, and ISI mark documentation. - Coordinate with BIS officials for audits, sample collections, and license renewals. - Ensure all lab equipment is calibrated and functioning correctly.

2. Office Administration

- Maintain production logs and inventory records for raw materials. - Handle general office correspondence and filing. - Assist management in daily operational tasks and data entry. - Liaise between the production team and the head office.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Graduate in Science (B.Sc/M.Sc) or Chemistry is preferred. - Experience: 1–3 years in a lab setting, ideally with BIS/ISI documentation experience. - Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with plastic testing, food-grade safety standards, and quality control. - Soft Skills: Strong command of MS Office (Excel/Word), excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask. - Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Kasna, Greater Noida.
