Full Stack AI Engineer

ForceEquals is hiring a

Full Stack AI Engineer

to build AI-powered products using

Next.js, LLMs, and AI agent workflows . You’ll work across the full stack, developing features that integrate modern AI systems with scalable web applications.

What You’ll Work On

Build full-stack features using

Next.js (frontend + API routes) Integrate

LLMs, embeddings, and vector search systems Develop

AI agent workflows

using frameworks like

LangChain or LlamaIndex Implement

RAG pipelines

(ingestion → embeddings → retrieval → generation) Design and optimize

MongoDB data models and queries Build secure APIs and deploy applications on

Vercel or cloud infrastructure Optimize

performance, latency, and cost

of AI services

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or a related field

(or equivalent practical experience) Strong experience with

JavaScript / TypeScript and Next.js or React Experience working with

LLMs (OpenAI or similar APIs) Familiarity with

vector databases and retrieval systems Experience building

scalable APIs and full-stack applications

Nice to Have

Experience building

AI agents or RAG systems Familiarity with

LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks Experience with

Redis, Docker, or cloud infrastructure  If you enjoy building
