Technical Executive – Structural Audit & PMC

This is not a site execution role. The position is primarily office-based involving reports, BOQs, and coordination. About Us We are a specialized consultancy firm providing Structural Audit, Repair Consultancy, and Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services to residential societies across Mumbai. We focus on delivering practical, data-driven solutions for building safety, repairs, and redevelopment.

Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Executive to support our structural audit and PMC operations. This is an office-based techno-commercial role involving report preparation, BOQs, vendor evaluation, and client coordination. You will work closely with our technical team and management to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and compile Structural Audit Reports in coordination with site surveyors Assist in preparation of BOQs (Bill of Quantities) Support technical and financial evaluation of vendors (tender comparison) Coordinate with housing societies for documentation, updates, and follow-ups Manage and schedule site inspections / surveys Track project progress and maintain proper records Verify vendor bills and assist in processing payments and certification Maintain organized documentation and reporting systems

Requirements

Graduate (any field); Civil background is a plus but not mandatory 1–3 years of experience in technical coordination / operations / documentation roles Strong command over Excel and basic documentation Good communication skills (English + Hindi required) Ability to understand and work with technical data Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
