Hiring: Insurance Operations – SPE / SME

Experience: 6 months to 5 years

Domain: Personal Lines (PL) / Commercial Lines (CL) / Employee Benefits (EB)

Location: Noida

Shift: 24*7

Sal upto-8Lpa

Role Overview

We are hiring Insurance Operations professionals across SPE and SME levels to support US Insurance broking processes. The role involves managing end-to-end policy lifecycle activities, ensuring accuracy, meeting SLAs, and supporting quality and transition initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Policy Lifecycle Management

- Prepare submissions, generate quotes, and coordinate with carriers - Review binders, endorsements, renewals, certificates, and evidence of coverage - Manage invoicing, billing validation, premium financing, and EOC processing - Resolve client queries and support licensed Account Managers where required

Systems & Documentation

- Maintain accurate policy data and documentation in Salesforce FSC, Applied EPIC, DMS, or other broker systems - Ensure compliance with US regulatory requirements and ACORD documentation standards - Follow defined SOPs and quality benchmarks

Quality & Process Support (SME Level)

- Review complex submissions, quotes, endorsements, billing issues, and escalations - Conduct quality audits and identify process gaps - Support transitions, SOP creation, process mapping, job aids, and QA framework setup - Mentor team members and provide floor support - Liaise with carriers, Account Managers, and internal stakeholders for complex cases

Required Skills & Experience

For SPE (6 months – 3 years):

- Experience in Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, or Employee Benefits broking or insurance back-office - Understanding of broker workflows including quote, bind, endorsements, renewals, and certificates - Exposure to Applied EPIC or Salesforce FSC preferred - Strong documentation and analytical skills

For SME (3 – 5 years):

- Strong domain expertise in PL, CL, or EB processes - Knowledge of US insurance regulations, ACORD forms, servicing workflows - Experience supporting transitions, migrations, or multi-region standardization initiatives - Ability to review complex cases and drive quality improvements
