We are looking for a

Freelance IT Recruiter

with experience in

Domestic IT Recruitment and/or US IT Staffing . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals across various technologies. This is a commission-based opportunity with flexible working hours and high earning potential. Key Responsibilities: Source and screen candidates for IT roles (Developers, DevOps, QA, Data, Cloud, etc.). Work on

Domestic IT requirements and/or US IT Staffing requirements . Understand job descriptions and technical requirements. Use job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and references for sourcing. Conduct initial HR/technical screening calls. Coordinate interviews between client and candidate. Maintain candidate pipeline and follow-ups. Ensure proper documentation and onboarding support. Work closely with BDM / Account Managers for requirement clarity. For US IT Staffing (Additional Responsibilities): Strong understanding of C2C, W2, 1099 models. Knowledge of US visa types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, etc.). Experience working with MSP/VMS portals (if applicable). Handling time zone coordination and night shift availability (if required). Required Skills: Experience in IT recruitment (Domestic or US). Good understanding of technical skills and IT technologies. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and close positions. Target-driven mindset. Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, Monster, etc. Compensation: Attractive commission per successful placement. Revenue sharing model. No cap on incentives.
