About the Role : We are looking for a

Counsellor - UK/Europe

for our

Kolkata Branch - WFO. You will work with the leadership team and counsellors to drive numbers and fuel yours and Leap's growth.

The charter for this role will include : Meet Allotted Team targets ( Leads, Applications & Visas) Contribute in developing a strong & efficient counselling team Resolve escalations and ensure a smooth student journey Conduct Training sessions & help build a world-class team of counsellors Maintain high Satisfaction Ratings Report & Data Management Implement Organisational Values, Goals & objectives within the team Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to achieve set targets Pipeline forecast & Management Identify, analyse and rectify operational issues in coordination with immediate supervisors

Ideal Persona would : The candidate should be from Counseling Industry (Mandatory) In-depth knowledge of UK/Europe 1+ Years of experience in study abroad. Sound Understanding of various courses, admissions process, Visa process, and career options across various disciplines Experience in Shortlisting universities based on student profiles & preferences Experience in working with CRMs is desirable. Proficient with MS Office and other Web Conferencing tools.
