Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Relationship Manager
to handle Insurance
sales
through
field sales
activities. The role involves acquiring new customers, managing existing relationships, and driving insurance and banking product sales through direct customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate business through
field sales
activities, referrals, and cold calling
Sell I nsurance products: Health/Term Insurance
to individual customers
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business
Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable
insurance products
Achieve assigned
sales targets
for life insurance and banking sales
Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and follow-ups in the field
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company and regulatory guidelines
Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and service support
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in
NBFC/BFSI or B2C Vertical
is plus.
Strong exposure to
field sales
and direct customer acquisition
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset
Basic knowledge of financial products and insurance regulations
Who Can Apply :
Minimum 12th class pass out.
Must own a Two wheeler & Driving license.
