Role Overview The Retreat Manager will be responsible for

overall operations, guest experience, and property management

at Raht Juneo Orchards. This role requires someone hands-on who can manage a boutique property, oversee a small team, interact with guests personally, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate is

hospitality-driven, organized, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a boutique retreat environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience & Hospitality

Personally welcome and host guests during their stay Manage all guest interactions including special requests Ensure exceptional service standards across stays, dining, and experiences Handle guest feedback and ensure a memorable retreat experience Coordinate private dinners, celebrations, and curated experiences Operations Management

Oversee daily operations of the retreat Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and service teams Ensure property cleanliness and upkeep across rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces Manage retreat logistics including guest arrivals, departures, and scheduling Reservations & Guest Communication

Handle guest enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email Manage bookings and reservations Coordinate guest itineraries and special arrangements Maintain reservation records and occupancy schedules F&B & Dining Experiences

Coordinate dining service including breakfasts, dinners, and private meals Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service staff Assist in planning special dining setups such as vineyard dinners, sundowners, and celebrations Team Management

Supervise on-ground staff including housekeeping and service team Train team members on hospitality standards and guest service Maintain staff schedules and operational coordination Property & Asset Care

Oversee maintenance of rooms, vineyard areas, outdoor spaces, and guest facilities Coordinate repairs and vendor visits when required Ensure the property remains well-presented at all times

Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is a natural host with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality. We are looking for an individual who enjoys interacting with guests, thrives in dynamic environments, and is willing to take ownership of challenges to ensure the retreat operates smoothly for both guests and the team.

Prior experience in hospitality is welcome but not mandatory. What matters most is the right attitude, warmth in dealing with people, and the ability to remain calm and organized even during busy periods. Candidates from diverse backgrounds who are eager to learn and grow in hospitality are encouraged to apply — training and guidance will be provided.
