Job Responsibilities - ● Create a UX design as per the business requirements ● Understand the user and its behavior by looking at the data and talking to them. ● Define and follow a design process from ideation to launch (user research, problem identification, user flows & scenarios, sketches, wireframes, low-fidelity/high fidelity prototypes). ● Effectively communicate research findings, conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale both verbally and visually. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams like product managers, developers, and designers. ● Develop and maintain effective specifications and design patterns. ● Identify and troubleshoot UX problems by analyzing product usage data and heatmaps. ● Measure the results of the product, identify key learnings and integrate them in overall user, product, and feature understanding.

Key skills - ● Expert level understanding of user research methodologies. Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns. ● Collaborate with the product management and the engineering leaders on your projects to balance technical, business, and product requirements. ● Ability to quickly turn around rigorous wireframes and mockups in an iterative environment ● The ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, and multi-task in an agile environment ● A clear sense of design aesthetics, and a natural propensity towards simplification over-complication. ● An aptitude and honed intuition for tasteful, visual design details. ● Creating a consistent multi-device experience and must have the platform-level understanding to leverage native features.
