Academic Counsellor

Overview We're seeking passionate career counsellor who will introduce students to our online courses. As a Career Counsellor, you will be a guiding force, assisting students in realizing their aspirations. Your role goes beyond enrolment – you'll actively support them throughout their journey, fostering their well-being, and making their educational path smoother and more accessible. Responsibilities • Engage with potential students, identify their key pain points and create personalized growth journeys for every student to help them enroll in the course to meet their career objectives. • Follow up after the enrollments to ensure student satisfaction. • Stay on top of market trends and participate in brainstorming sessions with the counselling team to come up with new growth strategies. • Use CRM to track leads and manage pipelines daily tasks.

Qualification Criteria • Excellent English verbal communication skills. • Strong Problem solving skills. • Ability to work within deadlines

Job Types: • Full-time, Fresher

Salary: • ₹20,000 - 30,000 Per Month

Day range: Monday to Friday (Onsite) Saturday (Work From Home)

Ability to commute/relocate: • New Delhi, reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
