Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed

project plans , timelines, milestones, and resource allocation plans Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders Lead daily project coordination across offshore and onsite teams Ensure delivery within agreed scope, budget, and timelines Conduct stakeholder meetings and provide regular status reporting Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and manage issue resolution Track project KPIs, burn-down charts, and velocity metrics Manage change requests and scope control processes Ensure proper documentation and governance standards Coordinate UAT, deployment planning, and go-live readiness Drive post-go-live stabilization and transition to support

Qualifications Experience in Offshore Wind and Completion processes Familiarity with Construction processes and project management in IT delivery Comprehensive understanding of Agile methodologies Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to manage and collaborate with global, cross-functional teams Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field Experience managing offshore or remote projects is an advantage
