BeyondTrust Engineer / IAM Specialist - Dubai,UAE

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional with hands-on expertise in BeyondTrust to support, enhance, and integrate new requirements within an already deployed BeyondTrust solution. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge across multiple BeyondTrust components and experience working in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and enhance existing BeyondTrust deployments

• Design and implement new requirements and integrations

• Perform configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of BeyondTrust components

• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams

• Ensure compliance with security and access control policies

• Assist in upgrades, patches, and ongoing maintenance

• Provide documentation and operational support

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with BeyondTrust products, including:

• PASM (Password Safe)

• PRA (Privileged Remote Access)

• PMUL (Privilege Management for Unix/Linux)

• EPM (Endpoint Privilege Management)

• AD Bridge

Experience integrating BeyondTrust with:

• Active Directory / LDAP

• SIEM tools

• Ticketing systems (ServiceNow or similar)

Good understanding of:

• Privileged Access Management (PAM)

• Identity & Access Management (IAM)

• Linux, Unix, and Windows environments

• Strong troubleshooting and scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash preferred)

Nice to Have

• BeyondTrust certifications (Preferred)

• Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC2, PCI-DSS)
