Having pioneered the model in India in 2008, Rang De's purpose built technology platform has proved to be game changing for providing timely access to credit for thousands of farmers and entrepreneurs. We recently pivoted into an NBFC-P2P and have a highly differentiated model from other peer-to-peer lending platforms.

Role: Senior Manager, Impact

Role Overview:

Rang De creates impact at scale by partnering with organizations working on the ground closely with the backward communities. These partner organisations are the hands and feet of Rang De. Rang De is providing a unique opportunity to experience working closely with these impact partner organisations and their community. Senior Manager – Impact will work with a cluster of such partners and be given an opportunity to create innovative credit programs with them for the community and run special initiatives that supplement the credit program.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and communicate with a cluster of partners in the region for deeper engagements with them - Work with the partner organisations, in their area of intervention, to understand the community, their intervention and pain points and create solutions - Design and build internal systems and capacity for the partner organisations through techno-managerial support and business processes to implement successful credit programs. - Follow up, monitor and report progress on a regular basis to the central operations team and ensure smooth operations of the credit program - Develop, manage and grow working relationships with partner organisations and key stakeholders - Documentation of best practices on the ground, enablement of data and photographs required for impact reports- leading to cross pollination of knowledge with other partners.

Requirements:

- 6-8 years of experience with at least 4-6 years of experience working in the social sector - Must have handled multiple stakeholders like NGOs, CSOs, Govt functionaries - Exceptional problem-solving and advisory skills, strong presentation and data analytical abilities - Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively - Prior experience in leading diverse teams and people management - Demonstrated commitment to social impact/prior experience working in the social sector - Self-driven, high-energy, curious and adaptable personality with the ability to produce high quality (entrepreneurial mindset) - Degree in MBA/MSW or other social science subjects - Ability to communicate social impact to a wider audience will be given special preference
