Digital Government Advisory (DGA)

practice helps government bodies modernize public services through technology. It offers strategic consulting, digital architecture, and sector-specific solutions across areas like transport, water, justice, and finance. The team enables large-scale e-Governance, data analytics, and automation to improve efficiency and citizen experience.

>>About the Role: The Consultant – Management will act as the functional liaison between business users and the technical team. The role focuses on understanding business processes related to cash and debt management, defining functional requirements, and supporting analytical and strategic improvements.

>>Key Responsibilities: Act as the functional bridge between user groups and the development team. Gather, analyze, and translate operational and reporting requirements into functional specifications. Recommend process improvements and best‑practice-based functional enhancements. Contribute to preparation of medium‑term debt strategies and related analytical work. Support analysis related to cash management, debt sustainability, and borrowing optimization. Prepare documentation including SOPs, user manuals, and process notes. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned within the project scope.

>>Education: Postgraduate degree in Finance / Economics / Public Policy / Management

>>Experience 6–10 years of experience in business analysis, public financial management, cash and debt management, or related functional domains.

>>Preferred Skills: Understanding of public sector financial processes. Ability to document business and functional requirements. Experience in process re‑engineering or functional consulting. >>Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability. Excellent communication and stakeholder‑coordination skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams. Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
