Program Manager-Credit Risk

Job Role Drive technology transformation initiatives related to Credit Risk, Credit Monitoring and Regulatory Reporting. Manage lifecycle and delivery from solution ideation to launch to champion user experience Lead a team of product managers, business analysts and testers to deliver high impact outcomes. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to build solutions, draw project plans, documentation, obtain sign offs on requirements and UAT, knowledge transfer on new solutions. Track KPIs and ensure visibility to seniors on program plans and progress

Job Requirements Experience in techno-functional profile – Project management, Agile and waterfall SDLC, understanding of application functionalities, integrations and data marts Applications or projects related to limits management, credit origination, exposure reporting as Business Analyst or End user Overall experience of 8-10 years, B-Tech or MBA with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong story telling skills and quick adoption of tech tools
