- End-to-end recruitment for top-tier Pharma, Engineering and Corporate clients. - Sourcing niche profiles via LinkedIn, Naukri, and X-Ray search. - Managing candidate relationships and leading the local TA effort in Kolkata. - Stakeholder management and offer negotiations.
