Role Overview

As a Calling Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers. You will handle outbound/inbound calls, provide information about our fintech services, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Initiate telephonic contact with potential and existing clients to explain services. - Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate financial solutions. - Maintain an accurate database of client interactions and follow-ups. - Meet daily and monthly calling targets and quality benchmarks. - Handle customer queries and grievances professionally.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Education: Any Graduate / MBA. - Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. - Skills: * Excellent verbal communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language). - Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. - Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. - A positive attitude and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
