About the Role We are hiring experienced Senior Amazon Ads Manager to join Pare — a curated pool of elite advertising specialists trusted by top-tier partner brands and agencies across the globe. Once you pass our multi-step vetting process, our clients can directly book interviews or make offers, and we handle all placement paperwork and payroll.

What You'll Do Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (SP, SB, SD, SBV, DSP) Conduct troubleshooting audits and bid strategy fixes Work with basic product upload workflows (images, content sync) Monitor performance KPIs like ACOS, ROAS, TACOS, CTR, CVR Communicate with clients asynchronously or on weekly calls

Requirements 4+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising Strong command of Sponsored Ads, AMC, and campaign analytics DSP experience Good working knowledge of basic catalog operations Confidence using bulk sheets and campaign manager dashboards Fast internet and stable WiFi connection Good-quality webcam and microphone (all interviews are recorded) Comfortable working remotely across multiple time zones
