Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Noida. We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, and implement HR policies. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment in the content creation industry. The role requires close collaboration with the CEO to support organizational growth and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications ·

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding ·

Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements ·

Post job openings across relevant platforms and manage candidate pipelines ·

Conduct preliminary interviews and shortlist suitable candidates ·

Handle offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities ·

Ensure compliance with labour laws, employment regulations, and company policies ·

Maintain employee records, contracts, and statutory documentation ·

Support HR operations, including attendance, leave records, and employee engagement activities ·

Implement HR policies and procedures as required ·

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Requirements ·

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources ·

Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment (in-house) ·

Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance ·

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ·

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information ·

Ability to implement HR Policies ·

Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools
