We’re looking for a motivated

Graphics Designer

with

AutoCAD

skills who can prepare detailed architectural/land layouts and also contribute to marketing creatives, brochures and presentations using tools like

Photoshop / CorelDRAW . This role is perfect for someone who can straddle

technical drawing

and

visual communication.

Key Responsibilities Generate presentation drawings and client visuals, Instagram posts Design brochures, digital creatives, and basic marketing material (in Photoshop/CorelDRAW) Support sales and project teams with design inputs and visual content Create 2D site plans, layouts, elevations, and sections in AutoCAD

Requirements Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Civil Drafting, or Design 1–4 years of work experience in AutoCAD design Working knowledge of

Photoshop, CorelDRAW

or Canva

Ideal Candidate 1–4 years of experience in graphic design (real estate, architecture, or branding field preferred) Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple teams Open to new ideas, fast turnarounds, and feedback-based improvement Portfolio of past work required with application
