Location: Remote Job Type: Full-time

⏰ Shifts • 09:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST • 04:00 PM – 12:00 AM EST 6 Days per week Candidates must be comfortable working these hours.

Responsibilities • Handle customer queries via email, chat, and phone • Provide clear and solution-oriented responses • Ensure tickets are addressed within SLA timelines • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues • Maintain accurate records and follow processes

✅ Requirements • Prior experience in customer service/support ( mandatory ) • Excellent spoken and written English • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently during night shifts • Reliable
