We are expanding our B2B vertical to strengthen partnerships with corporate clients, luxury hospitality groups, real estate developers, and interior designers — and we are looking for an experienced, motivated, and dynamic B2B Specialist to join our growing team in Delhi.

Job Summary: The

B2B Specialist

will be responsible for

driving sales growth and strategic partnerships within the business-to-business segment , focusing on corporate, hospitality, architectural, and institutional clients. This role demands a professional who understands the dynamics of luxury sales, can build and maintain long-term client relationships, and execute strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will combine

strong sales acumen, market insight, relationship-building skills, and product expertise

to identify opportunities, close deals, and enhance Luxury Personified’s presence across India’s premium business ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development & Client Acquisition Identify, prospect, and acquire

new B2B clients

across key sectors such as corporate offices, hotels, luxury residences, architects, and interior designers. Develop and execute

strategic sales plans

to achieve assigned revenue and profitability targets. Establish and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities through effective

networking, cold calling, lead generation, and referrals . Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that align with their business requirements and brand positioning.

2. Client Relationship Management Build and nurture

long-term relationships

with clients, ensuring consistent communication and customer satisfaction. Serve as the

primary point of contact

for all B2B clients, ensuring smooth coordination between sales, logistics, and service teams. Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure timely delivery, installation, and post-sales support. Foster strong relationships with

decision-makers and influencers

within client organizations.

3. Sales Strategy & Execution Drive the

entire B2B sales cycle

from prospecting to negotiation, closure, and delivery. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to

design customized solutions and presentations

for clients. Conduct

product demonstrations and brand presentations

to highlight value propositions and key differentiators. Prepare and present

sales forecasts, performance reports, and competitor analyses

to management. Meet and exceed

monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets .

4. Market Research & Intelligence Conduct ongoing

market research

to identify emerging trends, potential partnerships, and competitive insights. Stay informed about

industry developments, product innovations, and pricing dynamics . Provide feedback to management on product demand, features, and market opportunities. Recommend

new business avenues and partnership models

to strengthen the company’s B2B footprint.

5. Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with

Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams

to ensure alignment between client requirements and company capabilities. Support marketing initiatives such as

corporate events, trade fairs, and exhibitions , representing the company and its brands professionally. Collaborate with

brand principals and international partners

to develop customized B2B offerings. Ensure smooth coordination for client orders, from quotation to delivery and invoicing.

6. Reporting & CRM Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in

CRM systems

(Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent). Track and report

sales activities, conversion rates, and pipeline progress

to management. Analyse performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree

in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An

MBA or PGDM

in Sales/Marketing is preferred. 3–6 years of experience

in B2B sales or business development, ideally within the

luxury, premium electronics, consumer durables, or hospitality

sectors. Proven track record of

meeting and exceeding sales targets . Strong understanding of

B2B sales processes, account management, and client servicing . Experience working with

architects, designers, builders, and corporate procurement teams

is highly desirable. Excellent

negotiation, presentation, and communication skills . Proficiency in

Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

and

CRM platforms . Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Passion for

luxury products, technology, and design aesthetics .
