Job Description

Job Summary We are hiring a Sr. Associate – Branch Operations to manage day-to-day branch activities, support sales operations, and ensure excellent customer service within the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities

Branch Operations Handle day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning. Coordinate with internal teams for timely execution of tasks. Maintain accurate records, MIS, and operational reports. Identify operational gaps and suggest process improvements. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintain a safe and organized branch environment.

Sales & Customer Engagement

Calling customers for policy revival activities. Provide sales support to the branch team. Cross-sell and up-sell insurance products to walk-in customers. Handle customer queries and deliver excellent customer service. Support branch targets and meet assigned timelines.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum

1 year of experience in BFSI sector

is mandatory. Experience in

insurance, banking, NBFC, or financial services

preferred. Good communication and coordination skills. Basic computer and MIS knowledge.
