Job Title : Sr. Executive- PMO
Location: Gurugram
Exp : 4 to 8 Years
Role Overview:
The RMG–PMO is responsible for effective resource planning, allocation, utilization tracking, and governance across projects. The role ensures optimal workforce utilization, supports business demands, and aligns resource capacity with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Resource Planning & Allocation
- Manage end-to-end resource allocation across projects based on demand and priorities
- Collaborate with delivery, sales, and hiring teams to fulfill resource requirements
- Ensure optimal utilization and minimize bench
Utilization & Capacity Management
- Track resource utilization, availability, and capacity
- Monitor bench, shadow, and billable status
- Identify utilization gaps and recommend corrective actions
Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with Delivery Heads, Project Managers, and Business Units
- Support workforce planning and forecasting
- Facilitate resource deployment based on project timelines
Reporting & MIS
- Prepare and maintain utilization, allocation, and capacity reports
- Publish dashboards and reports for leadership review
- Track key metrics like utilization %, billability, and headcount
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to resource management processes and policies
- Maintain accurate data in resource management tools / ERP systems
- Support audits and management reviews
Demand & Supply Forecasting
- Analyze future resource demand
- Coordinate with recruitment team for hiring plans
- Support workforce planning initiatives
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of resource management lifecycle
- Experience in PMO / RMG / Workforce Management
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Experience with tools like SAP, Oracle, MS Project, or resource management tools
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Strong analytical and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field
- 4–8 years of experience in PMO / RMG / Workforce Planning
- Experience in IT services / Consulting environment preferred
