Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented AutoCAD Draftsman for a full-time, on-site position located in Bangalore Location The AutoCAD Draftsman will be responsible for preparing and revising technical, shop, and architectural drawings using AutoCAD software. Additional tasks include collaborating with architects and engineers, adhering to project specifications, and ensuring that all designs meet required industry standards and timelines. Your expertise in creating accurate and precise drawings will play a vital role in the success of our projects.

JOB Responsibilities:  Should have enough domain knowledge and expertise.  Should be familiar with storage buildings.  Should possess knowledge of excel operations related to basic data analysis and calculations.  Should be able to communicate with team members and stakeholders with an objective of explaining aspects of design.  Should be able to draw up bill of quantities based on design to enable sourcing of material.  Should be result oriented with willingness to work extended hours when necessary.  Should be willing to travel to different locations for site supervision and data collection.  Should understand principles related to engineering costing, timeline estimation, workplace safety, material flow principles, engineering manufacturing practices, etc.

Mandatory Qualifications and Skill set:  Bachelor’s / Diploma Degree & Autocad Course shall be added advantage.  Minimum 2- 3 year of working proficiency in ACAD software.  Proficiency in MS office package. (MS Excel, PPT, Word)  Basic exposure to Infrastructure Design or supply chain.  Relevant work experience of min 1 years within E-commerce, Automotive & Supply chain industry.  Basic Knowledge in Storage system design. (Racking, Mezzanines etc.,)  Basic understanding of Civil engineering concepts in context of warehouse buildings.  Project Management.  Experience in BOQ preparation & Budget preparation.  Good communication skill.

Preferred Qualifications:  Expertise in 3D drawing skill will be an added advantage.  Supply chain knowledge will be an added advantage.  Exposure to Site audits for design validation and data collection etc.,  Basic expertise in Hindi is a mandatory requirement.
