Sr US IT Recruiter

to handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions in the US market. The ideal candidate should have experience working with US clients, sourcing candidates, and managing the hiring process efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and submit candidates for US IT requirements Good communication and negotiation skills Familiar with ATS and job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment reports Use job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals to find candidates Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
