Role Description

We are looking for academically strong trainers with subject depth (similar to MBA faculty / Business Analytics trainers) who can deliver structured Career Readiness sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate students.

The trainer must combine

academic credibility + practical employability guidance .

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 2-hour structured Career Readiness sessions • Teach resume building from a professional standpoint • Explain interview frameworks with business logic • Guide students on positioning academic projects professionally • Train students on behavioral & analytical interview preparation • Deliver content with clarity, structure, and subject depth • Drive live student engagement and activation

Required Profile

• Graduate or Postgraduate • 3+ years teaching or training experience • Experience teaching: * Business Analytics * Business Communication * Management subjects * HR / Marketing / Finance fundamentals * Corporate training modules • Experience preparing students for placements

Ideal Background

• MBA subject lecturer • Business Analytics trainer • Placement trainer with academic experience • Corporate trainer with management domain knowledge • Visiting faculty in management colleges

Mandatory Skills

• Strong conceptual clarity • Structured teaching ability • Ability to explain frameworks (STAR, SWOT, value proposition, etc.) • Comfortable handling 300–600 students • Confident stage presence • Professional communication

• Experience working with MBA students • Corporate industry exposure • Experience in interview panel / hiring • Exposure to placement drives
