Position: Human Resources Intern Location: Mumbai (Hybrid) Employment Type: (Full-time Internship) Duration: 3 months (extendable for an additional 3 months based on performance)

3Minds is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern with a strong interest in Recruitment and Office Operations to join our team in Mumbai. This role provides hands-on exposure to core HR functions within a dynamic and fast-paced digital marketing environment. As part of the HR team, you will support talent acquisition, onboarding, and daily HR operations, while gaining practical experience in building and managing a high-performing workforce. Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for open positions Coordinate interviews and share feedback with hiring managers Collaborate with internal teams for recruitment and operational requirements Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires Provide administrative and operational assistance to the HR department Contribute to HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and ongoing projects Who Should Apply: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Keen interest in Recruitment and HR Operations Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn Passionate about building teams and fostering a positive workplace culture
