Factor - QA with AI

We are looking for a QA Engineer with experience testing AI-enabled applications, creative automation workflows, and full-stack platforms. This role ensures quality, performance, reliability, and accuracy of AI-driven systems integrated with frontend and backend applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute test strategies for AI-based applications, APIs, and frontend platforms.

- Validate AI outputs for accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

- Perform functional, integration, regression, and API testing.

- Create test scenarios covering creative workflows such as Figma integrations, content pipelines, and campaign automation.

- Automate test suites for backend services and UI flows.

- Validate data pipelines and model integration points.

- Identify defects, track issues, and collaborate with engineering teams for resolution.

- Support performance and load testing of AI services.

- Maintain test documentation and quality metrics dashboards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in software QA and testing.

- Experience testing web applications, APIs, and microservices.

- Knowledge of test automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Postman, etc.).

- Experience validating AI/ML or LLM-based systems is a plus.

- Understanding of frontend and backend architecture.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
