This role is crucial in guiding our patients through their IVF journey by providing financial counselling and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience at our clinics. You will be responsible for understanding patients' financial concerns, offering solutions, and converting inquiries into confirmed IVF treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Counselling: Provide face-to-face financial counselling to patients, helping them understand the costs involved in IVF treatment and offering customized payment plans. - Conversion: Effectively communicate the benefits of our IVF packages to potential patients, with the goal of converting inquiries into confirmed treatment plans. - Patient Grievance Handling: Address and resolve patient grievances promptly, ensuring patient satisfaction throughout their journey with us. - Patient Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout their treatment process. - Collaboration: Work closely with the medical team to ensure a seamless patient experience and address any financial or administrative concerns.

Key Qualifications:

- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in financial counselling, preferably in a healthcare or IVF setting. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a simple and empathetic manner. - Sales Skills: Proven track record in sales or counselling roles, with the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed sales. - Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to handle patient grievances and ensure high levels of patient satisfaction. - Empathy: A caring and empathetic approach towards patients, understanding their emotional and financial concerns.
