Procurement Manager

for energy and power projects in

India . This role focuses on equipment sourcing, supplier coordination, and procurement support for infrastructure and energy-related projects. The Procurement Manager works with SolutionMall teams to help ensure that project equipment requirements are translated into structured procurement packages and reliable supply coordination. Typical projects may involve: MV/LV power distribution systems Industrial and commercial electrical infrastructure Solar PV and hybrid energy systems Backup power systems Substation-related equipment packages 3) Key Responsibilities Project Procurement Support Translate project equipment requirements into structured procurement requests Support preparation of RFQ packages and supplier quotation requests Coordinate procurement-related documentation and technical specifications Supplier Coordination Identify and coordinate potential suppliers relevant to project needs Support quotation comparison and supplier clarification Ensure procurement information is complete and aligned with project requirements Procurement Process Coordination Support communication between project teams, engineering teams, and suppliers Track procurement timelines and supplier responses Help ensure equipment sourcing aligns with project schedules Market & Supply Feedback Provide insights into local supply conditions, procurement constraints, and supplier capabilities Share feedback on recurring equipment needs and procurement challenges 4) Qualifications Required 2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain coordination, or sourcing related to energy, electrical, or industrial equipment Familiarity with infrastructure or energy project equipment procurement Ability to manage procurement coordination and supplier communication Preferred Experience with equipment related to: MV/LV electrical distribution systems Transformers, switchgear, or protection equipment Solar PV components or hybrid energy systems Industrial electrical infrastructure Languages Working proficiency in

English Additional regional languages are a plus 5) Coverage This role focuses on energy and power projects across

India . Candidates may support projects in their own state or region depending on supplier networks and procurement experience. 6) Compensation This role is project-based. Procurement Managers supporting project activities will receive project-based compensation depending on procurement involvement and project contribution.
