Your Role & Impact

Source & Engage Talent:

Hunt for top talent on LinkedIn, job portals, social media & referrals Screen & Interview:

Conduct calls/video interviews and assess skills, experience & cultural fit Partner with Hiring Managers:

Understand requirements, coordinate interviews, and ensure smooth communication ✨

Deliver Amazing Candidate Experience:

Keep candidates informed, engaged & respected throughout their journey Track & Improve:

Maintain candidate data, share feedback, and support hiring process improvements Stay Ahead:

Learn market trends, in-demand skills & recruitment best practices

Initial Months: Make an Impact

Manage

4–6 open roles independently

(with guidance) Conduct confident

screening calls & interviews Build and maintain a

strong candidate pipeline Start

closing positions

and contributing to team hiring targets Gain

hands-on experience

in end-to-end recruitment processes
