Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced

Fabric General Manager

with

15–20 years of strong hands-on experience in Yarn and Knit Fabric manufacturing . The candidate must have deep knowledge of yarn sourcing, yarn quality parameters, yarn costing, and its impact on knitting efficiency and fabric quality.

Key Responsibilities: Yarn Management (Mandatory Focus Area) Lead yarn procurement strategy and vendor negotiations. Ensure optimal yarn selection based on fabric specifications. Monitor yarn quality parameters (count, strength, twist, contamination control). Control yarn wastage and improve yarn utilization efficiency. Coordinate closely with spinning mills and suppliers.

Fabric & Knitting Operations Oversee knitting production, processing, finishing, and dispatch. Improve machine efficiency and reduce downtime. Ensure production targets and quality benchmarks are met.

Profit & Loss (P&L) Responsibility Full ownership of plant P&L. Cost optimization in yarn sourcing and production. Budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring.

HR & Team Management Manage plant workforce and departmental heads. Drive performance culture and operational discipline. Maintain strong industrial relations.

CRM & Client Handling Coordinate with buyers on quality and delivery timelines. Handle key customer accounts and ensure satisfaction.

Candidate Must Have: ✔ 15–20 years in Textile Industry ✔
