Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various IT roles. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of technical skills and recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities: Understand client requirements and technical job descriptions Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates Conduct initial HR interviews Schedule technical interviews with clients Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process Negotiate salary and handle offer rollouts
