Hiring: Instagram Page Manager / Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Instagram Page Manager to handle and grow our Instagram page.

Our page already has 50K+ followers, but we need someone who can increase reach, engagement, and make sure our content reaches the right audience.

Responsibilities: • Manage and grow our Instagram page • Increase reach, views and engagement on posts & reels • Plan content strategy and posting schedule • Optimize reels and posts for better algorithm reach • Analyze insights and improve performance

Requirements: • Experience in Instagram growth and social media management • Understanding of Instagram algorithm, reels & engagement strategies • Creative mindset for content ideas • Basic knowledge of analytics and insights

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)
