Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Quality Assurance & Quality Control Engineer. The role involves ensuring the highest product quality standards through the development and execution of quality control and assurance processes. Daily responsibilities include quality auditing, managing quality inspections, vendor identification, vendor management, preparing reports, and implementing quality management systems to oversee project outcomes and improve efficiency. The engineer will also work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications Knowledge of Heavy Structural Fabrication is a must Knowledge of ASME, EN Standards & AWS D1.1 codes is a must Experience in Quality Auditing to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions effectively. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with ISO 9000 & AS 9100 standards and other relevant quality frameworks is highly desirable. Bachelor’s degree in engineering/ Diploma Holder‘s in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred; relevant certifications are a plus. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of quality outcomes. Fluency in written and Verbal communication in English is a must Person should be willing to travel.
