Graystone Capital is building proprietary AI systems to power deal intelligence, financial automation, and predictive analytics.

We are hiring an AI / ML Engineer to design and deploy intelligent models that directly impact revenue and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Build Lead scoring algorithms Deal probability prediction models Financial document parsing (NLP) Automated report generation systems Predictive revenue forecasting AI-powered executive dashboards

Requirements 4+ years in Machine Learning Strong Python expertise Experience with TensorFlow / PyTorch / Scikit-learn NLP & LLM integration experience Strong data modeling capabilities

Bonus Experience in financial services or private equity Experience building production-grade AI systems
