Expectations From You:
We are currently in launch mode and everything is on the table when it comes to work. You would not only be looking at one task but work across multiple functions and domains. Essentially your involvement will help curate:
Brand voice
Operating rhythm
Vendor ecosystems
Customer trust architecture
The culture of execution

You will operate at 2–3 levels above your current title.

This opportunity is not for someone who wants structure handed to them. This is for someone who wants to look at the potential in front of them and build from there.
The Role
You will own marketing. Not just campaigns. Not just social media. The full engine. Strategy, positioning, vendors, infrastructure, GTM planning, budgets, performance tracking — all of it. You will build the marketing function from scratch. At the initial stage, marketing will play the most critical role to ensure all that is being done is delivering output and driving impact.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Defining and establishing brand positioning and communication pillars
Building quarterly and monthly marketing roadmaps
Planning and managing budgets (brand + performance)
Setting up CRM, attribution, reporting systems
Managing teams, freelancers and vendor partnerships
Leading campaign launches end-to-end
Tracking CAC, LTV, conversion, ROAS
Working cross-functionally with design, content and video
Who You Are
4–7 years in marketing (startup or D2C preferred)
Strong understanding of performance + brand marketing
Comfortable building systems from zero
Data-first decision maker
Clear communicator and strong negotiator
High ownership, low ego
What This Role Is Not
Not a social media manager role
Not a “just strategy” role
Not a 9-to-5 execution-only job
You will be accountable for outcomes.
