1.5 Month Summer Apprenticeship | Hybrid | Bangalore

Hey, there!

We’re not hiring a content intern. We’re looking for someone who wants to help build a brand that makes cities feel less lonely. Not a Canva operator. Not a trend chaser. Not someone racing to post before 6 PM.

We’re building Zizo. An IRL-first social network powered by board games. Because scrolling isn’t the same as belonging. And we think weekends deserve better.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work directly with me to shape how Zizo looks, moves, and feels. This means: Turning brand philosophy into clear visual systems Creating motion-first assets that actually make people feel something Writing short scripts that sound human, not ad-like Designing repeatable storytelling formats Helping define our visual language from scratch This isn’t about feeding an algorithm. It’s about building a brand spine.

What We’re Looking For

You understand storytelling. You can take a simple line like “Most people come alone” and turn it into a 30-second narrative that lands. You love motion. After Effects doesn’t intimidate you. Typography movement excites you. You understand rhythm and pacing. You think in systems. You care about consistency. You want to define a language, not just make pretty posts.

PS: Bonus if you study brands for fun.

Format Hybrid - work from home mostly. Tuesdays in-office at WeWork, Residency Road. Whiteboards + coffee included ☕

Duration: 1.5 months. Short. Focused. High ownership. Stipend: ₹35,000 total. Milestone-based. You get paid for meaningful output, not hours logged.

What Success Looks Like

10 to 15 motion-led brand assets we’re proud to publish. 3 to 4 repeatable storytelling formats. At least one piece where we all say, “This feels like Zizo.”
